Content marketing

General answers are free now, instantly, wherever the question is asked. That has not ended content marketing, but it has ended most of what content programs were producing. These cover what still compounds.

AI answers the question before anyone clicks. What is content marketing for now?

The standard reaction to AI answers is to write more and write faster, which is exactly backwards. When the answer to a common question is free and instant, publishing a better version of that answer earns nothing. What still works is the material an assistant cannot generate: your numbers, your process, your losses, your specifics.

Your content is good and nobody sees it. The gap is not promotion

The standard fix for this is to promote harder: more posts, more channels, a newsletter blast, maybe some paid amplification. It rarely works, because three completely different failures all present as silence. Only one of them is a distribution problem, and the other two were decided before a word was written.
