Reputation Management
Remove what is genuinely removable, outrank what is not, and build a review profile that survives one bad week - using platform policy and copyright law as they actually work.
Problems we solve
Fake or malicious reviews
Reviews from people who were never customers, or from competitors, drag down the rating buyers check first.
Stolen content and clones
Copied photography, site text, and cloned pages confuse buyers and split your search presence.
Negative results on brand search
Page one for your own name belongs to someone else's version of the story.
Too few recent reviews
A thin or stale profile makes one angry review look representative instead of exceptional.
No response strategy
Unanswered complaints read as indifference to the next person deciding whether to call.
What we deliver
Infringement Removal
DMCA notices where content is genuinely infringing - stolen photography, copied site copy, scraper clones. We do not file copyright notices against material that is not infringing.
Policy-Violation Reporting
Documented removal requests for reviews that genuinely breach Google, Trustpilot, or Yelp policy: fake, spam, conflict of interest, off-topic, or containing prohibited content.
Defamation Escalation
Where content is provably false and damaging, we assemble the evidence pack and refer it to qualified counsel in your jurisdiction. We prepare; we do not practise law.
Review Generation
Compliant flows that ask real customers at the right moment. No incentives, no gating, no review filtering - all of which violate platform terms and risk your profile.
Response Strategy
Owner replies written for the next reader rather than the angry one, plus escalation rules and templates your team can run.
SERP Suppression
Build and rank accurate owned assets - profiles, publications, and pages you control - so brand search reflects reality.

FAQ
Can you delete any negative review?+
No, and anyone promising that is describing something platforms prohibit. We remove reviews that genuinely violate platform policy, and content that genuinely infringes copyright. A negative review from a real customer describing a real experience is not removable, and the honest strategy there is to respond well, earn more recent reviews, and address the underlying cause.
Can you use DMCA to take down bad reviews?+
Only where the content is actually copyright infringement, such as your stolen photography reposted without permission. DMCA is a copyright remedy, not a reputation tool. Filing a notice against material that is not infringing is a knowing misrepresentation under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), carries real damages exposure, and gets accounts banned. We will not do it.
How fast do results show?+
Policy-violation removals can resolve in days or never, depending on the platform and the evidence. Review generation shifts a rating within weeks. Suppression is a search-ranking effort measured in months. We report what moved and what did not.
